Pleasant staff and Dr Factor is amazing. I’ve been seeing him for 20 years. He’s extremely competent and treats you with respect and kindness. I visit his office twice a year for additional cleaning and yesterday he was my “second opinion “ on a procedure my primary had suggested. How often can you say that you actually enjoy going to the dentist!

I go to Dr. Factor's office once a year for a perio cleaning and review. Friendly staff and plenty of parking make the visit all the better. Dr. Factor was recommended by my dentist years ago for an implant. Highly professional, courteous and an expert in his field, Dr. Factor has my highest recommendation for any periodontic work.

Hello, I just had a major periodontal procedure under Dr Jeremy Factor's expert care. The Dr. and his outstanding dental staff were wonderful. The procedure was seamless like a beautifully choreographed dance.I had very little discomfort post op.The followup care instructions were concise, easy to follow and very helpful. I highly recommend Dr.Jeremy Factor. He is an extremely caring Periodontal Surgeon .His experience and superior skills guarantee an outstanding outcome. Thank you again

As always staff was great---very helpful and friendly. Dr Factor was so great--he found time to talk with me about various options for further treatment. Although visits to dentists have always terrified me, you all are so good I don't mind too much having to come.

I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs any dental surgery. Dr. Factor is outstanding. He’s a first Dentist who didn’t over numb my face to work on one tooth. I felt no pain, he works quickly, and he does very good work. The assistants are so kind and caring. Nobody seems rushed and they truly seem to care. They go over all the details, and are ready to answer any questions.

This was my first visit to Dr. Factor’s office. I read the previous reviews that were overwhelmingly positive. That was what made me decide to make an appointment. Dr. Factor was very thorough and really took his time to explain the images and made sure I understood the recommendations and the various scenarios. He not only was thorough, but listened and addressed any questions or concerns I had. There was no feeling like he was running from the previous patient, to me, then to the next one. He was fully present for my appointment. It was so refreshing and appreciated. I have been to many providers for dental services, Dr. Factor by far is at the top of the list. The positive reviews I read were spot on. The staff were also very pleasant and efficient as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Factor’s office. I have had a dental implant done by Dr. Factor. He was extremely gentle and caring and did a great job. I had almost zero pain after the procedures, needing only 1 dose of Tylenol. His office staff are very friendly and efficient. Overall a great experience for someone who has fairly significant dental phobia.
